There are currently some 100 appointments per week generated by My Life web-sites which are outside of their normal geographical area, so these are now being made available to registered introducers of quotes4all.

All of the remortgage appointments have been client initiated and all of them have undergone a double-qualified telehone fact find (first qualified by their telesales staff and then re-confirmed by a supervisor). The purpose of the telephone fact find is to ensure the client meets the following crtiteria:

• Minimum remaining term on mortgage is 10 years
• Minimum remortgage amount is £50,000
• If mortgage payment missed within the last 3 months then LTV capped at 75%
• If no missed mortgage payments within last 3 months then LTV capped at 85%
• Applicants must have income, ie; no clients receiving solely benefits
• If a redemption penalty exists the the client must be aware of it and must be willing to pay the redemption

Each remortgage appointment will also be accompanied by a 3 page fact find which gives you all the background information you should need to make the sales process as smooth as possible.
